Confidential information will not be disclosed to anyone other than professionals directly involved in your care without your consent.

If you are asked by our reception staff for the purpose of your appointment request, please be assured that this information is confidential and will be used to assess the urgency of your call. 

If you wish your relatives or carers to discuss your medical care, you must give signed written consent to our practice manager.
